What is SUPA3

SUPA3 is a merchandise platform that partners with web3 native brands and creates what we call “storied merchandise” for the communities that support the artists and creators. We design and deliver merchandise driven by community insights and input. 

Why should I connect my crypto wallet to your website?

Token holders will receive a special offer that is only applied after you connect your wallet that holds a specific NFT token connected to each collection. Visit the collection page to find out which NFT tokens are eligible for for discounts.

When will the product be shipped? and how long does it take to arrive?

Once you place an order we will send an email out when your product is shipped. If you placed an order from the LonelyPop collection refer the FAQ section in the collection page for more details.

Where can I track my orders?

If you placed an order you will receive a shipping confirmation email once the product is shipped out. The email will include a tracking number connected to your order which you can use to track your order.

Can I return the items I purchased?

At this point we do not accept returns.
